Sample Qualifications
For this Global CPG Company upgrading and Implementing JDA v7.2 (some regions v7.4), MEBC designed, developed, and delivered a comprehensive training program. One of the core objectives of this training program was to leverage the curriculum to introduce refined and consistent global process framework throughout the company’s various regions. Our role included detailed process decomposition, integration of the processes into JDA “Day in the Life” activities, and delivery of a comprehensive curriculum to transform this client’s end users into a core of planners that are positioned to help the company improve its overall supply chain performance. During the course of the project, MEBC accomplished the following:
Created and developed a process-based training curriculum which included courses such as Demand Planning & Forecasting, Collaboration Processes, Supply Planning Processes, Integrated Supply Chain Concepts, and Basic & Advanced JDA-Manugistics Navigation.
Developed "Day in the Life" program/courseware to ensure the delivery of effective role-based education and training.
Delivered "Pilot" training program, using the train-the-trainer approach, preparing super users to effectively deliver process and application training to the end users.
In addition to defining and completing the associated training courseware for the Manugistics v7.2 implementation, MEBC personnel conducted onsite training for the client at several international locations. Our training met all schedule, cost, and business objectives.
Our client, a $2 Billion food company, contracted MEBC to develop and deliver end-user training for supply and demand planners. The first stage of training revolved around a JDA v7.2 upgrade for Demand and Fulfillment. We developed a curriculum for demand and fulfillment planners, created customized, process-based training materials, and delivered training to the end user community. We also provided train-the-trainer training for Fulfillment, to allow certain client personnel to become proficient enough with the tool to teach others. Subsequently MEBC created and delivered training for Constrained Recommend Shipments and Build Transportation Load (BTL). The result of our training was a self-sufficient, knowledgeable client user community.
