    Sample Qualifications

    This Global CPG Company has a global initiative to improve supply chain performance. MEBC has been providing assistance in process design, change adoption, and JDA upgrades. Sample global upgrade experiences include: SCPO v7.2 in Southeast Asia, process redesign and training in Europe, Implementation of v7.4 Master Planning in North America, and most recently, leading the implementation of v7.4 SCPO, including Master Planning, in Latin America.

    MEBC led a project for this global supplier of pallets and shipping containers, to deliver functional equivalency for the client user community from Manugistics v6.2 to Manugistics v7.2.2. This client has a significant presence in the US, Europe, and the Far East. JDA Solution components in use include Strategy, Demand Planning, Master Planning, Transportation, and Freight Pay.

    For this $2 billion food company, MEBC handled the technical upgrade from Manugistics v5.2 to v7.2. After evaluating and making the necessary changes to existing interfaces and batch processes, we led validation and parameter-setting activities related to models and planning parameters. We continue to support this client as they make changes and improvements, including a redesign of the DFU hierarchy, database cleanups, and training development.
